Where nature, Waterfront, and celebration converge.

Millenia Square.

Location: Cibitung, West Java, Indonesia

Architecture: ARSA designlab

Scope: Landscape Concept Design

Millenia Square’s Central Lake is designed as a connected three-zone landscape that transitions from tranquil nature to iconic waterfront and finally to a vibrant civic core. This spatial gradient creates a balanced environment where quiet exploration, social interaction, and large-scale events can coexist within a clear and legible framework.

The Biophilic Forest Zone offers a calm, immersive setting with dense layered planting, meandering paths, and intimate water features, supporting nature exploration, relaxation, and ecological value. The Icon Promenade Zone forms a strong waterfront spine, defined by a generous linear promenade, structured planting, shaded seating, and key landmarks that frame views toward the lake and Millenia Bridge. The Celebration Zone serves as the energetic heart, with flexible open plazas, a concert stage, musical fountain, and social spaces designed to accommodate everyday gathering and major events.

Together, these zones shape a cohesive lakeside destination that balances nature, identity, and community life.
